"So this is a funny story. We were working with a different agent from a diff company. I honestly felt like she was wasting my time showing us homes that I was not interested in. "March 13th, 2008 – November 25th, 2019. 11 years, 8 months. This is how long I have known Monica Martinez Chin, a Real Estate agent in San Diego, CA. She helped me by my house in 2008.

One thing that stood out to me about Monica, was her smile, her laughter, and determination. We looked at many houses and never gave up on us. We finally found our home in 2008.

Fast forward 11 years later, it came time to sell my home. I have kept in contact with Monica through social media, so I thought, why not go with her. I know her, and her work ethic. It just made sense. So I contacted her, and she was on it. She knew exactly what needed to happen, and she came prepared. With plan A, plan B, and plan C! She had this thing so down packed, I knew she’d get us the highest price, and sell quickly.

32 families came in my home. We got 4 different offers within a matter of days. 7-10 days after being on the market, we accepted the highest offer, and we were in escrow. I couldn’t believe it!
